Beloved and esteemed brethren worldwide:
Reading the Scripture through a translation is like kissing your new bride through her veil.
For the wisdom of mankind truly is foolishness to God.
When the NT was written, it was written in 1st Century Greek and through mankinds foolishness, the MEANING of the words in the NT have been lost and buried in time.
Everytime a translation is written, the MEANING of the Greek words is used as a basis to pick new words out of the language it is being translated into.
There is a problem with this:
The MEANING of the words are NOT transferred.
I have been digging and digging very deep in order to unbury the meaning of the text.
And I present to this world the ABSOLUTE MEANING of the word of God in great detail.
Instead of picking new words in our language that did not even exist when the text was written, I have gone through the text word by word, transferring the MEANING of the words.
For it is written: Add not to my words, unless I reprove you and you are found to be LIARS.
I will begin with the Gospel of John and work backwards through the gospel and then into the rest of the text, ending with Revelation.
And by the time I am through, you will both know and understand that my teaching are according to truth in the things that pertain to my Father, which is is heaven.
The Gospel According to John
Chapter 1
1) (en) In (arche) the beginning, the origin of the active cause, (logos) (en) the word of GOD was spoken by a living voice.
And the living voice delivered the instructions of GOD and taught the sayings and moral precepts that were given by GOD.
(kai) And (logos) the instructions, sayings and morals precepts (en) were (pros) with (theos) GOD,
(kai) And (logos) the Word of GOD, was Jesus Christ, and he (en) was (theos) GOD.
2) (houtos) This same Jesus Christ (en) was (en) in (arche) the beginning, in the origin of the active cause, and was (pros) with (theos) GOD.
3) (pas) All things collectively (ginomai) were made (dia) because of (autos) Jesus Christ.
(kai) And (choris) without (autos) him (ginomai) nothing came into existence.
(oude) Not even (heis) one event, (ginomai) of the men of GOD that came before the public, (hos) which (ginomai) appeared in history, was done without him.
4) (en) In (autos) him (en) was (zoe) the absolute fullness of life, both essential and ethical, that belongs to GOD.
In him was real and genuine life, a life active, vigorous and devoted to GOD;
(kai) And (zoe) this life devoted to GOD (en) was (phos) the Light of truth and contains its knowledge and its spiritual purity.
And this Light was exposed to the view of all, openly and publicly and it contains the power of understanding moral and spiritual truth.
This was the Light (anthropos) for all human beings.
5) (kai) And (phos) this Light (phaino) appeared, shined and became evident (en) in (skotia) the darkness.
The darkness is the ignorance towards the divine things of GOD and its associated wickedness;
(kai) And (skotia) the darkness (ou) could not (katalambano) perceive, understand or even learn about (autos) the Light of Jesus Christ.
6) (ginomai) (anthropos) There came into existence a man that appeared in history (apostello) who was sent (para) from (theos) GOD (autos) and his (onoma) name was John.
7) (houtos) This same man (erchomai) arrived to make his appearance and come before the public (eis) for (marturia) his testimony.
To come forth, be established and become known (hina) in order for him (martureo) to be a witness (peri) concerning (phos) the Light of truth.
(hina) So that (pas) all men (dia) through (autos) him (pisteuo) might be persuaded, believe and place their confidence in that Light.
8) (en) John was (ou) not (ekeinos) that (phos) Light, (alla) but (hina) was sent (martureo) to be a witness of that Light and for him not to keep back his testimony (peri) concerning (phos) that Light.
9) (en) That same Jesus Christ (alethinos) was the real and genuine (phos) Light of truth.
(hos) He came before the public (phortizo) to thoroughly provide the instruction of saving knowledge and to teach spiritual understanding (pas) for every (anthropos) human being (erchomai) that comes (eis) into (kosmos) the world.
10) (en) He was (en) in (kosmos) the world, (kai) and (kosmos) the world (ginomai) came into existence (dia) because of (autos) him, (kai) and (kosmos) the world (ou) did not (ginosko) understand (autos) him.
11) (erchomai) He made his appearance to come before the public (eis) into (idios) his own people that belonged to him, (kai) and (idios) his own people (ou) did not (paralambano) acknowledge or accept him to be who he professed to be.
12) (de) But (hosos) whoever (lambano) (autos) receives him, associates themselves with him as his companion, follows him and strives after what he offered;
(autos) To them (didomi) he equips with the necessary things and gives them (exousia) liberty, mental power and the ability (ginomai) to become (teknon) the sons (theos) of GOD;
(pisteuo) Even to them that believe and place their confidence (eis) on (autos) his (onoma) name:
13) (hos) Who (gennao) are born or converted, (ou) not (ek) out of (haima) blood, which refers to the seat of life.
(oude) Nor (ek) out of (thelema) the will, wishes, choices, desires or pleasures (sarx) of the flesh;
(oude) Neither (thelema) the will, wishes, choices, desires or pleasures (aner) of any human being;
(alla) But is born (ek) out of (theos) GOD.
14) (kai) And (logos) the instructions, sayings of GOD and the moral precepts given by GOD (ginomai) was made (sarx) flesh, (kai) and (skenoo) he established his tabernacle to live (en) with (hemin) us;
(kai) And (theaomai) we witnessed with our eyes (autos) his (doxa) glory, (doxa) the glory (hos) as (monogenes) the only of his kind, (para) out of (pater) the Father, (pleres) full (charis) of grace and loving kindness, (kai) even (aletheia) full of moral and religious truth that belongs to God and the duties of man.
15) John (martureo) gave his honorable testimony (peri) concerning (autos) him, (kai) and (krazo) cried out with a loud voice (lego) saying:
(houtos) This (en) is he (hos) of who (epo) I spoke.
(erchomai) He that makes his appearance to come before the public (opiso) after (mou) me, (ginomai) appeared in history (emprosthen) before (mou) me:
(hoti) Because (en) he was (protos) the first in time and place, before (mou) me.
16) (kai) And (ek) out of (autos) his (pleroma) fulfillment, (hemeis) we have (pas) all (lambano) received, (kai) even (charis) grace (anti) because of (charis) his grace.
17) (hoti) Since (nomos) the Mosaic Law (didomi) was given (dia) through (Moseus) Moses, (charis) grace (kai) and (aletheia) moral and religious truth belonging to God and the duties of man, (ginomai) came into existence (dia) on account of Jesus Christ.
18) (oudeis) No man (horao) (theos) has seen GOD with his eyes or with his mind or has become acquainted with GOD by experience (popote) at any time;
(monogenes) The only of his kind, (huios) The Son of God, (ho) that (on) is (eis) in (kolpos) the bosom (pater) of the Father, (ekeinos) he (exegeomai) has declared the teachings relating to GOD.
19) (kai) And (houtos) this (esti) is (marturia) the testimony (loannes) of John, (hote) when (loudaios) the Jews (apostello) sent (hiereus) priests (kai) and Levites of the tribe of Levi, who were the assistants to the priests, (ek) out of Jerusalem (hina) in order to (erotao) ask (autos) him:
(tis) Who (ei) are (su) you?
20) (kai) And (homologeo) he professed openly and spoke out freely to confess and declare, (kai) and (ou) did not (arneomai) deny;
(kai) But indeed, (homologeo) he professed openly and spoke out freely to confess and declared:
(hoti) That (ego) I (eimi) am (ou) not (Christos) Christ the anointed Messiah.
21) (kai) And (erotao) they asked (autos) him:
(tis) Who (oun) then? (ei) Are (su) you Elijah?
(lego) He said: (eimi) I am (ou) not.
(ei) Are (su) you (prophetes) that prophet?
(kai) And (apokrinomai) he answered: (ou) No.
22) (oun) Then (epo) they said (autos) to him:
(tis) Who (ei) are you? (hina) So that (didomi) we can give (apokrisis) an answer (pempo) to them that sent (hemas) us.
(tis) What (lego) do you say (peri) concerning (seautou) yourself?
23) (phemi) And he declared to them saying:
(ego) I am (phone) the voice (boao) crying out to speak (en) in (eremos) the wilderness:
(euthuno) To make straight (hodos) the road (kurios) of the Lord (kathos) just as (epo) it was spoken (prophetes) by the prophet Isaiah.
24) (kai) And (ho) these that (apostello) were sent (en) were (ek) out of the Pharisees.
The Pharisees is a sect that seems to have started after the Jewish exile. In addition to OT books the Pharisees recognised in oral tradition a standard of belief and life. They sought for distinction and praise by outward observance of external rites and by outward forms of piety, and such as ceremonial washings, fastings, prayers, and alms giving; and, comparatively negligent of genuine piety, they prided themselves on their fancied good works. They held strenuously to a belief in the existence of good and evil angels, and to the expectation of a Messiah; and they cherished the hope that the dead, after a preliminary experience either of reward or of penalty in Hades, would be recalled to life by him, and be requited each according to his individual deeds. In opposition to the usurped dominion of the Herods and the rule of the Romans, they stoutly upheld the theocracy and their country's cause, and possessed great influence with the common people. According to Josephus they numbered more than 6000. They were bitter enemies of Jesus and his cause; and were in turn severely rebuked by him for their avarice, ambition, hollow reliance on outward works, and affection of piety in order to gain popularity.
25) (kai) And (erotao) they asked (autos) him, (kai) and (epo) said (autos) to him:
(ei) If (su) you (ei) are (ou) not (Christos) Christ the anointed Messiah, (oute) and are not Elijah, (oute) neither (prophetes) that prophet.
(tis) Why do you (baptizo) baptize (oun) then?
26) John (apokrinomai) answered (autos) them (lego) saying:
(ego) I (baptizo) baptize (en) with (hudor) water;
(de) But (histemi) there stands one ready and prepared, (mesos) in the middle (humon) of you, (hos) who (humeis) you (ou) do not (eido) know.
27) (autos) He (esti) it is, (hos) who (erchomai) makes his appearance and comes before the public (opiso) after (mou) me, (ginomai) who appeared in history (emprosthen) before (mou) me;
(hos) Who (autos) his (hupodema) sandals, the very soles fastened to his feet with (himas) straps of leather, (ego) I (eimi) am (ou) not (axios) of one who has merited anything worthy, (hina) that (luo) I loosen that which is tied.
28) (tauta) These (ginomai) came to pass (en) in Bethabara, (peran) on the other side (lordanes) of the Jordan river , (hopou) where John (en) was (baptizo) baptizing.
29) (epaurion) The next day, John (blepo) turned his eyes and noticed Jesus (erchomai) coming (pros) to (autos) him, (kai) and (lego) he said:
(ide) Behold and witness with your eyes (amnos) the Lamb (theos) of God, (ho) that (airo) takes away (hamartia) (kosmos) the error of that which is done wrong in the world through wandering from the path of uprightness and honour.
30) (houtos) This (esti) is he (peri) concerning (hos) who (ego) I (epo) spoke:
(opiso) After (mou) me (erchomai) (aner) comes a man to make his appearance before the public, (hos) who (ginomai) appeared in history (emprosthen) before (mou) me.
31) (kago) And I (ou) did not (eido) know of anything about (autos) him:
(alla) But (hina) that (phaneroo) he would show himself, become manifest, be made known and appear to Israel = he shall be a prince of God.
(dia) (touto) It is because of this reason (ego) that I am (erchomai) come before the public (baptizo) baptizing (en) with (hudor) water.
32) (kai) And John (martureo) gave his good report and declared his honourable testimony (lego) saying:
(hoti) That (theaomai) I attentively looked upon him and witnessed with my own eyes (pneuma) the Spirit (katabaino) descending from the place in which he had come down from, (ek) out of (ouranos) heaven, (hosei) as though it were (peristera) a dove, (kai) and (meno) it remained to be kept continually (epi) upon (autos) him.
33) (kago) And I (ou) did not (eido) know anything about (autos) him:
(alla) But (pempo) he that sent (mou) me (baptizo) baptizing (en) with (hudor) water, (ekeinos) he (epo) said (moi) to me:
(epi) Upon (hos) who (an) so ever (eido) you see (pneuma) the Spirit (katabaino) descending (kai) and (meno) remaining (epi) on (autos) him, (houtos) this (esti) is (baptizo) he that baptizes (en) with (hagios) the Holy (pneuma) life giving spirit.
34) (kago) And I (horao) witnessed with my eyes (kai) and (martureo) give my testimony, (hoti) that (houtos) this (esti) is (huios) the Son (theos) of God.
35) (palin) Furthermore, (epaurion) on the next day, John (histemi) stood by in the presence of others (kai) and (duo) by two (ek) of (autos) his own (mathetes) disciples;
36) (kai) And (emblepo) he turned his eyes on Jesus (peripateo) as he walked to make his way, (lego) and he said:
(ide) Behold and witness with your eyes, (amnos) the Lamb (theos) of God!
37) (kai) And (duo) two of (mathetes) the disciples of John, (akouo) considered what he said when they heard (autos) him (laleo) speak, (kai) and (akoloutheo) they followed after Jesus in order to accompany him and join him as his disciples.
38) (de) And Jesus (strepho) turned around, (kai) and (theaomai) looked on them with admiration (akoloutheo) as they followed after him, (lego) so he said (autos) to them:
(tis) What (zeteo) do you seek after in order to find out?
(de) And (epo) they said (autos) to him: (rhabbi) My great one or My honourable Sir:
(hos) Which (lego) is to say (hermeneuo) and to translate what has been spoken in a foreign language into the common everyday language of English (didaskalos) TEACHER, one who is fitted to teach concerning the things of God and the duties of man:
Rabbi, is a title used by the Jews, to address their teachers and also to honour them when not addressing them.
And they said to Jesus: (pou) Where (meno) do you live?
39) (lego) And Jesus said (autos) to them:
(erchomai) Come and follow me (kai) and (eido) pay attention.
(erchomai) So they followed him (kai) and (eido) they paid close attention (pou) to where about (meno) he lived, (kai) and (meno) they continued to be (para) near (autos) him (ekeinos) that (hemera) day:
(de) And (en) it was (hos) approximately (dekatos) the tenth (hora) hour.
40) (heis) One (ek) out of (duo) the two disciples of John, (ho) that (para) was near him when he spoke, (akouo) (kai) and considered to understand what he had said, (akoloutheo) (autos) that followed after Jesus to become a disciple, (en) was Andrew, Simon Peter’s (adelphos) brother.
41) (protos) But at first, (houtos) he (heurisko) went to where (adelphos) his brother Simon was (kai) and (lego) said (autos) to him:
(heurisko) We have found (Messias) the Messiah.
(hos) That (esti) is (methermeneuo) being interpreted into (Christos) Christ the anointed.
42) (kai) And (ago) he accompanied (autos) him (pros) towards Jesus.
(de) And Jesus (emblepo) turned around to look at him and thought carefully about (autos) him, (epo) and then he said:
(su) You (ei) are Simon, (huios) the son (lonas) of Jonas:
(su) You (kaleo) will be called by (Kephas) Cephas
(hos) Which (hermeneuo) is being interpreted, (Petros) a rock or a stone.
43) (epaurion) The next day, Jesus (thelo) had a set purpose (exerchomai) to go (eis) into Galilee
(kai) And (heurisko) he came upon Phillip (kai) and (legos) said (autos) to him:
(akoloutheo) Follow (mou) me.
44) (de) And Phillip (en) was (apo) from Bethsaida , a small fishing village on the west shore of Lake Gennesaret , (polis) which is the city (ek) of Andrew and Peter.
45) And Phillip (heurisko) went to search for Nathanael (kai) and when he found him (lego) he said (autos) to him:
(heurisko) I have met with him, (hos) who Moses (en) in (nomos) the Mosaic law (kai) and (prophetes) the prophets (grapho) wrote about;
Jesus (apo) from Nazareth , (huios) the son of Joseph.
46) (kai) And Nathanael (epo) said (lego) to him:
(dunamai) Is it capable (tis) that anything (agathos) useful (einai) emerge (ek) out of Nazareth ?
So Phillip (lego) said (autos) to him:
(erchomai) Follow me (kai) and (eido) see for yourself.
47) When Jesus (eido) turned his attention towards Nathanael, he carefully observed him (erchomai) as he followed Phillip (pros) towards (autos) him, (kai) and (lego) then he said (peri) concerning (autos) him:
(ide) Behold and witness with your eyes, an Israelite (alethos) without a doubt, (en) with (hos) who (esti) there is (ou) no (dolos) cunning deceit or treacherous qualities!
48) Nathanael (lego) said (autos) to him:
(pothen) From where (ginosko) have you become acquainted with (mou) me?
Jesus (apokrinomai) answered (kai) and (epo) said (autos) to him:
(pro) Before Phillip (phoneo) invited (se) you, (on) when you were (hupo) under (suke) the fig tree, (eido) I saw (se) you.
49) Nathanael (apokrinomai) responded (kai) and (lego) said (autos) to him:
(rhabbi) TEACHER (su) you (ei) are (huios) the Son (theos) of God;
(su) You (ei) are (basileus) the King of Israel.
50) And Jesus (apokrinomai) responded (kai) and (epo) said (autos) to him:
(hoti) Because (epo) I said (soi) to you, (eido) I saw (se) you (hupo) under (suke) the fig tree, (pisteuo) you are persuaded of me and believe?
(optanomai) You will look at and witness with your eyes (meizon) much greater things (touton) than this.
51) (kai) And (legos) then he said (autos) to him:
(amen) Surely, truly and of a truth (amen) with absolute trust and confidence (lego) I say (humin) to you:
(apo) From (arti) this very moment, (optanomai) you will witness with your eyes and see (ouranos) heaven (anoigo) opened (kai) and (aggelos) the angels (theos) of God (anabaino) ascending to go up from (kai) and (katabaino) descending (epi) on (huios) the Son (anthropos) of man.
